Qi Gong Classes schedule:

When requested, and if appropriate, I teach the classes bilingually - Hebrew & English.

The morning and evening face-to-face classes take place outside, in the moon/sun grove, or in Gan HaShoshanim (near the Jerusalem Theater).

I continue to broadcast all the classes also virtually, through the 'Zoom' application.

I will update the WhatsApp group of each class, in case of changes.

Sundays        - 08:30 - 09:45 - in Gan HaShoshanim (near the Jerusalem theatre).

Mondays       - 09:00 - 10:00 -

A lesson for museum workers, at the Israel Museum. The class is open face-to-face for museum employees, and in addition, it is broadcasted in zoom and thus open to everyone.

Wednesdays - 17:30 - 18:45/19:00 - in a hall in "The Oriental Arts Center", Hizkiahu Hamelech 17.
